Idea Cellular Ltd. — getting wrong calls at night time.

im getting lot of rang calls at night time ofter 10 pm.

I also have the same kind of feeling about IDEA. Their advertisements are so nice that a normal man will fall to buy the chip. Now I feel I made a mistake in buying their chip and using it for my business. I cannot change the number else it will hamper my business. Customer Care is a , they dont bother for their customers at all. I had give a written letter to cancel all my extra services except SMS and calls, but in between they will send me a bill saying I have used GPRS and MMS which I have never used. But if v complain they will not accept it and will force us to pay the amount else they will disconnect the line. I am using another number from a different Company and their service is very good and I have no complaints. Pls check ur bills before u pay IDEA. When I was using it as a prepaid number, if i charge my number for Rs. 500 then the charge is eaten up in 2 to 3 days but if i charge only for Rs. 100 then it goes for a longer period. I am really not happy with their service but to continue as I m using this for my business and if I change then the customers will have problem contacting me. My number is [protected].

Idea Cellular Ltd. — Not received itemised bill

We have not recevied itemised bill from idea cellular co.

I didnt subscribed for Love tips but the company tells me that I have subscribed for the same .Actually the incident hapened to me on 5 March , i recharged my account with 95 then ,the next morning i got up and found that my 30 rupees were deducted.i complained in the company they tell me that i have subscribed to the service ,alsowhen i told them that there has been no such activation message then they tel me that due to holidays they might have not reached, this is ridiculous ,My no is [protected]

Idea Cellular Ltd. — deactivation of outgoing calls

I am madhumita paul from Patna. i got my idea prepaid connection on 16th feb2010 after submitting the documents as required. my outgoing calls are deactivated were since 23rd Feb as my documents have not reached the office yet. After many days of yelling on the retailer I got the phone number of Sales Manager Mr. Anshuman Singh who activated the outgoing calls. But this was for 5 -6 days only. Outgoing is again deactivated inspite of re - submission of documents and photo. Kindly return me the talktime in cash so that I can get rid of your sim and ur Idea!!!!!!!!!
