Dear sir,
I am an existing customer of Idea and my mobile no. is [protected]. On[protected] I have recharged my mobile with a 35 Rs. full talktime coupon and i got the talktime of Rs. 35. Even though I have not activated any service, but the amount of Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account. When I talked to the Customer care, he told me that I have activated a VAS service called "PRE TONE". But I have not activated it. I want the IDEA company to refund my Rs. 30 in my account.

Dear sir,
Same thing happened with me. Mobile no. is [protected]. I have recharged my mobile with a Rs. 50-. Even though I have not activated any service, but the amount of Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account. There was an SMS from Idea cellular that some service has been activated successfully, even though i have asked for any service. I have not activated it. I want the IDEA company to refund my Rs. 30 in my account.
