[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — prepaid online recharge error | |||
I make My idea prepaid online recharge via idea web site. Last 4 or 5 time my payment is sucess but amount is not credited in my account. After each payment i get a sms your payment is sucess but due to techinical your recharge is fail. Each time them sent money back to my bank account after 8 days.I feel its a cheeting from idea Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made an online recharge of Rs 298 2g net pack via idea website . The account through which credit had been made showed a message of transaction being made and that the payment was a success but the respected idea number did not get the recharge done.done. Following is the transaction id and details of the recharge, in the image attached below.
