The Idea people call every day and say u pay 450 rs in adavance and take discount of 75 rs in every bill for 12 bills know the 2 bills are passed and they have not provided me any discount and they have take 450rs from me but , no amount has been given me back, The have not given me any written not or terms or condition for that ruppes that they have asked me in advanced but i have got recipt for my 450 rs , So plz help me how to teach the lesson to IDEA CELLULAR LTD
