I had recharged my IDEA mobile with twice for Rs.50 online at www.paytm.com. The Customer Care people of IDEA first asked to wait for 48-72 hrs so I did so. After the time period has elapsed, now they say that your money shall be refunded and all but no such thing happens. Sometimes, they also say that no recharge has been done on your mobile, so we cannot help you. I have tried to contact the Customer Care people at their complaint no 198 but this has been of no use. I want them to credit that Rs.50+50=Rs.100 in my account immediately.
