[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Postpaid — Feb month bill still not updated

Madam/Sir,

As i have already paid bill for Rs 210.93 (Bill month-07/01/2013 to 06/02/2013) on 11th feb & 2nd march also.

On 11th feb- Transaction id[protected] of Rs 210.93 i have paid, but due to your system updation problem it was not updated to your system and due to this i am suffering this payment problem.

But again when i asked to pay once again the same amount from your customer care to idea postpaid ,then i again paid 210.93 rs amount on 2nd march and my service was started.

Then on 4th march from your side you have called that your billed has cleared and due to our system updation this problem takes place and from now onwards we will take care of this problem. Then i ask what will happen for my extra amount which i have paid on 11th feb 2013, then they told that we will adjust this Rs 210.93 amount to next month bill that is for 07/02/2013 to 06/03/2013 bill.

Then when bill comes for this month then their was no update of my amount.
And for this complain is already registered but no action is taking from Idea.

And whenever i am calling to 198/53500 then no call is connecting and when it's connect then everytime they are saying system updation is going on so please call after 24 hrs.

Please go through my problem ASAP and revert me back with your call.
