I have a idea prepaid sim card. I have recharged it for long life by Rs. 195.00. and after that i have been troubling with DND problem. This problem has started automatically.
I had given complaint to Idea Cellular 4-5 times, but they did not follow my complaint to solve it.

So please help me...I am waiting for your reply

This is amith holding [protected]...last nie at 11'o clock I got message Ur dailertone was activated thanks for activation.I Got Mad, to know the reasaon today I made a call 2 Ur call center in the early hours, one o[censored]r executives mandled my call and without respoce she deactivate my call, AGAIN at 7.31am I called back 2 the call center..my call was escolated to the floor supervisor Mr.Janardhan.she 2 handle my call ur authorites kept me waiting just they are chatting ang laughing but no one was lisitng to me at last floor supervisor handled my call, and he said it was activated from my end..I hav't opt for dailertone how it got activated over my phone..wat the going in Ur call center simply ignoring the custmer, I[censored] hav a record of my call list to it u'll come to kno wat is going on..Plz deactivate my dailertone, and I sugggest not to activate it again without intimation..

sir, my mobile number is [protected].today in morning my balance was near about 95 rs.but when i checked again 1t 12pm, it was 14 rs only.i dont know how it deducted.i had not made so many calls.pls provide me with the details

but i m often receiving calls from idea every now and then, almost 6 times a day. it is disturbing me when i m busy with my work.

My cell no. is [protected]. I have a Idea Cellular lifetime incoming prepaid account. I keep getting service messages constantly which keep my inbox chock full of messages. The moment I delete one, another new message takes its place. With every message, an amount of 3 to 4 rupees is deducted from my account. How am I to block these unwanted service messages and stop the money from being deducted from my account. Also, people have told me that when they call my number, they get a voice message saying I am doing pooja or playing some advertisement before the call commences. Please help.

some time in signal area signal are discunnected why this problem and advertisements full coverage in district and states but in nellore district(andhra pradesh) national highway side signal are better but outside the nh-5 signals are very bad connect and disconnect in the nellore district. my no.[protected]
