Idea Cellular — deactivation of sim

i have recived a simcard by post from the mobile service provider ideacellular.
i have submitted all the required documents nearby agent and get connected the same number.
after one week the sim has been deactivated by the service provider

kindly make necassary arrangements to activate the sim.
