[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Services — deducting balance

3 times my balance have been deducting by idea.3 month ago idea deducted 170rs. when i ask the reason ofof deducting the balby ideacare. thier answer is that i have send request for idea tv. but i dont give any request for idea tv. then on 31/7/2009 the msg came frm idea that(thanks for subcribing mobile radio yrs request in process) when i read this msg i immediatly call ideacare abt this fake sms they told me that there is no requst of mobile radio frm my no.then after half an hour rs30 bal deducted frm my ph.after askimg to idea the reason given by idea that i send a request of mobile radio.this time i dont send any request to mobile radio.
this is cheating by idea among customer .
this is my humble requst to look into matter otherwise thier is no option other than consumer court.this my right and i will fight against this harresment.
i hope u look into this matter and give me suitable ans...

Kindly stop all SMSs and Phones from Advertisement or otherwise to my Cell No.[protected] and there is activation of a scheme for Masti/Fandoo must deactivate the same immediately.

i recharged my mobile with rupees fifty rupreess and was using mobile ussual but suddenly on one day my currency became nil iwas surprised to see thiss thing and called customer care they replied that you have activated hellotune i agree with that but after a week once again they deducted another fifteen rupees i asked about it they said you are subsribed to missed call alerts and mesage packs that thing which i have nevet done in my life i am angry with this
another important thing is that always hearing some disturbance in the background which i got irritated and i would like this thing to complaint you

TOTALLY A WASTE TELECOM IN INDIA ALWAYS EXPERIENCING DISTURBANCE IN THE BACKGROUND GOT IRRITATED WITH THIS TELECOM

idea have deducted rs 30 from my account & customer care replied i hv subscribed idea mobile radio even no call details r found in my call history they said i received a call at 1:40 then i deactivated the service but my balance is nt recovered even i didn't use service at 7:00 i received sms that i m in process of subscribing mobile radio, i didn't even received or dialled a call whats going on i didn't understand & from 4:00 to 7:00 pm the customer care no. is continuously busy the service of idea is rubbish & awful
