[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Wrong Charges

Dear Friends,

I u use Idea Cellular services than please go through the bill details carefully, they have habit of charging extra money from customers. This has happened 3 times in this current year. Also their nodal Officers team is not ready to listen to Customers. They say do what ever you can we are right !!!!!

i am monika agrawal from rajasthan jaipur . i have idea mygang sim .
i have activate the gprs service before one year . and i have never used this service .
but last days i suffering from your wrong charges . i have not download any wallpaper ,picture and anything. but my balance is deducted Rs55 from my main balance . i have gone to the call center in jaipur there was no satisfactory answer.
the executives have only single line answer that u have used this service that's why the balance is deducted from your main balance . this not the first time it happend .
this type of the problem is happend many times .
so please consider this application . and reply me soon ..,

I submitted the advance rental of Rs. 600 for the mobile no. [protected], but still idea has loaded the same in my bill.
Though I have submitted the amount to the Idea Representative only.

Now, they are harassing me mentally for the same.
Without any further information regarding forcing service activation deducting amount from my prepaid account, i want my deducted amount return.

i was travelling in the last month , and idea was charging me roaming but when i came back from my vacation it was still charging me roaming . after that i even put an sms vocher in it but it was not woking . i am very annoyed with these charges and i have wasted my money . i want idea to rectify this mistake.
idea should solve this problem!!!

Idea Cellular — Wrong internet charges

Between 4thJuly to 3rdAug we have not used internet from our phone as much as it is shown our bill. There are many records when phone was off and its showing usage during those hours.
Token id 205IC96921 - My mobile number is [protected], this number is add on number on my wife's account, her name is indu agrawal.

We have not used internet as much as it is mentioned in my bill, when i called idea they are saying those are my calls, however i know those are not my calls because that time i was sleeping. i do not use phone internet in the evening because i have good speed at home through broadband. I am really upset with idea though i am very old customer of idea i may move out of idea because of this incidence.

I have already raised a formal complain with consumer forum because i know those are not my calls. You can check my history i have never raised any complain about my bill nor created issue with payment, this time i am really concerned because its not my expense.
Your any help would be highly appreciated.

Idea — Wrong download charge

Idea has wrongly charged 99rs by showing java game download whereas I havent done so and customer care is also not taking my complaint. My no. is [protected] and also in my mobile log no download is showing so its sure it is falsely charged.
This is really bad to inform you that...my charges Rs 15 have been deducted unnecessarily by IZ-idea CMS service. I have not downloaded any thing from or activated from this site. Will I get my charges back?


Kindly please take severe steps for the same and henceforth don`t do this without any approval. Please call me regarding this .

i had taken internet pack then also idea charged me rs 8822 wrong charges for internet...very poor service...650 mb were still free from my pack

I am very disappointed by idea. I am using post paid number, I have paid Rs. 999/- + taxes in at the time of purchase of connection for blackberry Internet service for "one year" but every month I receive bill included BB internet charges and I have to go to my idea showroom every month to get it corrected.
This month too it is there but the customer care person ([protected]) is telling that it can't be refunded because I have submitted a request at my idea showroom to disconnect from free yearly plan on 28st February, which is wrong because I was not even in Mumbai at that time and he is not telling from which showroom I have given this stupid request. i haven't received any sms or mail regarding this and they are not even telling the location from where i made this request.
This is really an unethical practice by idea. Why I have to pay again for the same thing.
