[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Wrong Deduction

On 12th June 2012, one call from idea customer care came on mother’s phone ([protected]) after I have recharged for 500 Rupees. My father has picked up a call as my mother was busy. The call attender from idea has given some wrong instruction about some facilities to my father and asked for confirmation. As my father is farmer and he didn’t understand the wrong intension he did as instructed by idea customer service man. And by doing that 300 rupees was charged and it was deducted from account. Later on when I contact to idea customer service provider they told me that you have activated some music application to your phone and that’s why money was deducted. My father or mother don’t even know how to use this application.

It is seen every month when I recharge my mobile no.[protected] deduct Rs.30/- why ?since neither I have requested nor got any other facility provided. Why it is so. Why they do like a dadagiri. Deducted amount be credited my account at earliest what they have deducted with a request to stop this type of dhandha in future also.

I recharged my phone mobile phone [protected] on 8, th october 2010 at (time) 13.42.39 seconds and Idea company deducted Rs.30/- FOR Idea Music Station .I want to askTHE CONCERNED OFFICIALS, that why have you subcribed me for this subscription as neither I have requested nor got any other facility provided. I want 30/- Rs of this subscription to be credited my account at earliest, otherwise i am going to the consumer court as i am a lawyer in Delhi High Court.I contacted tour customer care center which charhes 50 paisa per minute thrice and the Agents name werePrabha, Wssim and i was on hold for 13 minutes with Prabha( charging me money and the real apathy is that she disconnected the phone when i asked to speak to her Supervisor/team leader.)

I am using !dea prepaid service. My mobile no. is: [protected]. Today (25/10/10) at 9.15 AM they had deducted the balance Rs. 30 from my !dea prepaid no#. I had already called to customer care executive regarding the same, I came to know with the provided detail from ur executive that I had subscribed a VAS name comedy junction. But I am totally disagreeing with this commit bcoz till now I didn’t have any message or notification about the same.



I am fully confirmed and ensure you that are some technical mistake. I don't have any VAS or dialer tones etc. I am requested you to refund my deduction.



Kindly Note: There is a Senior Customer Care Executive name Biltu Shah, that person doesn’t have any professionalism manners. I am totally disagreeing about talking platform by Mr. Biltu Shah…. Pls do the needful for this…

I am use idea cellular perpaid conaction .date 21.10.2010 time 2.40pm rechage Rs.100.00 and balance received Rs.88.00.night time approx. 8.00 p.m. chek balnce is 0.00 i am no call & not use internet but my balane is dedeucted by idea i call customer care idea callular ASM answer you use internet but i am no use internet, so i complaint please solve my problem. my mobile no.:-[protected]

Idea / Mobile — Regarding deduction of Rs 30/- for music

It is for your information and action that You have deducted Rs 30/- from my balance as service of Idea Music Station without my permission. You are requested to immediately return the amount and credit my balance. As it has been seen that mobile service provider are doing this type of illegal activities with the lay man / customers.

This matter is highly objectionable and it has been seen that Mobile service provider are regularly duducting this type of service charges from customers without any prior intimation to the customer. TRAI should look and urgently take action with the service provider in India.

I have recharge my phone by rs.98.00 for internet and rs.50.00 for talk time on 1 june 2011. After recharged my internet has not working and my talk time rupees also deducted by rs.35.00 for gprs rental. I have called many times to call centre. They said this is server problem and money will be credited to your account with in 24 hours. But after credited, money has deducted again. Today I called to customer care centre and said about this. But they said that yester day I have recharged by rs.13 for new internet therfor your previous plan has been collaps. But tue is that I have no recharge any amount or plan from last 8 days (I have recharged my cell by rs.50.00 dt.01.06.2011)

I fill I should change my service provider. If they will not solve my problem immediatly. Today my balance was rs.70.00 but after one hour my balace is 3.00 only. Now I am in out of delhi there is no dealer of idea recharge.
my idea cellular ph number is [protected].on 9th october 2011 at 12:47 am and 1:20 am i had sent 2 messages.despite that for the next messages done after those 2 messages 60p per sms was deducted.i have the scheme for 1 year that after 2 sms (for which 60 p each will be charged) no money is charged for next 48 sms.despite that for all the message i did on 9th october money has been deducted(60p per sms) which should have been free.Kindly look into the matter asap otherwise i have to file complaint in consumer court.kindly return my balance.

dear sir/mam i am a prepaid user of idea celluar and i realy unhappy from idea wrong deduction service first i am a student who is not earning but realy unhappy from wrong deduction from my idea no. Today this accident happened again in my life so when i make a call in customer care department then they logged a complain regarding wrong deduction provided me a complain no 1-[protected] date-31/08/2012 time 1:30 pm and in the evening time i got a call from idea that sir that was a right deduction from ur idea no and this balance is not refundable and call was didconnected and after few minutes i got a message from idea "dear Customer, Your concern for wrong charging could not be resolved.Kindly contact to customer care SR 1-[protected]" so again i make a call in customer care department for right resolvation but customer care excutive finally refused to log and provide me my balance sir plz think about us and do something i will realy be greatful o[censored],

I buy new two sims of idea [protected] and [protected] on 3-jan-15. I paid Rs 90 and get Rs 103 + 50 mob data. I connect net on this no. On 5 and 6 jan-15. On 6-jan-15 in the evening I check my balance and I found it zero.
Today I.e. 9-jan-15 at 2 pm I checked the data balance on both the nos. It is showing 0.88 mb and 0.91 mb . If I used the data more than the 50 mb it should be zero first. As idea people replying that you used data more than 50 mb. it is totally false. They are not replying technically. They are making foolish to the customers. They did wrong thing on my both the nos.
Why it happened.

I am saying why you did not disconnect the net after 50 mb. Why you cut money from my balance. Please return my money in my account.
Idea did same thing on my both nos. It means Idea company making money by making foolish to customers.
