Idea Communication Ludhiana Punjab — number is not activated from the last 10 days

Respected sir,
My self Employed in an Educational institute at ludhiana , On dated 27/11/2009 the company reprepresentative Mr. Gaurav Mobile Number [protected] & Dealer Mr. Sanjeev [protected] visited in the college campus for the sale promotion activities . During that 100 students & 30 Staff member purchased the sim ( cash card based ) from Company outlet .Till Today more than 50 % of the number are not activated by the company IDEA. A number of time we approached but no positive approach from the company.
