[Resolved]  Idea Game Box Subscription — unwanted charges by idea cellular ltd.services.

same thing is happening to me, i m also getting game box msgs, every day charging rs5, also i tried many time to deactive tat service by sending msg UNSUBGBX to 55435 but every time its pending.pls help us

i have also suffered same problem.i'll too change my sim soon if it is contuning.

I have received a SMS reading “ Your daily Idea Game Box subscription has been renewed.You have been charged Rs.5 for 1day.To unsubscribe SMS UNSUBGBX to 55435.Sender: BL- Indiagam.”

I had never subscribe for the daily Idea Game Box.

Immediately I had sent SMS to UNSUBGBX to 55435 for not to renew but SMS remains pending. Since then I have been charged Rs. 5per day from 05.10.10 to till date while I never requested/utilized for any such service .

You are requested to help me for refund of money charged, I had been charged by customer care during complaint but the customer also could not help out from this unwanted charge.Now I am not recharging my prepaid account due to un-satisfied service of the Idea Cellular service.
It is the great disadvantage if the cellular services for un-wanted charges applied by them.

Idea Cellular Ltd — non subscription of Games

Idea is deducting daily Rs.5/- for games subscribtion but i had not subcribed it.A renewal message is received at my Idea Prepaid mobile no (Your daily Idea Game box subscribsion had been renewed you have been charged 5/- per day.To unsubscribe sms UNSUBGBX TO 55435).

I had send unsubcribtion msg to 55435 but every timre message is remains undelivered in sms box. so i refered compliants on internet regards idea game box and got a immediate suggestion from Mr Prash and so i had done unsubcribtion of Idea game box.

i lost money Rs.50 on 21/11/10 and Rs.5/- from 22/11/10 till today 06/12/10.total loss of Rs.130/-, So Please see my balance dedcution charges are refunded before 09/12/10.

This one is an ads of idea.
