[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Deactivation of GPRS

GPRS has been activated on my idea Mobile No [protected] without my consent. The service may be deactivated immediately and the amount charged from me may be refunded.

I have been trying to contact idea on 4444. Some executive attends the call after long wait and promises to pass on the call to a senior and there is no response after that.

GPRS may be deactivated and the excess charges deducted on this account may be refunded.

I have been not request for using missed calls alert why are you start missed call alert and i am not request duplicate bill for the month of may 2009 and my mob. no. : [protected]. I want to deactivate missed call alert and reversed duplicate charges & missed call alert charges. The same be deactivated immediately.

i hv activated idea gprs service of 25rs/day for a day.
