I was holding IDEA SIM number [protected] for more than 8 years and was constantly used. Since I am a frequent traveller, the SIM was put on roaming and was not used for sometime though I use to get SMS messages. Recently, even without informing me my SIM got deactivated. This number is used for Bank Transctions, Dish TV and Tatasky contact numbers and many other vendors have been give this number. Moreover, all my friends have been provided with this number. The sudden discontinution of this number without informing me has created a big financial loss of around 50 lakhs since i lost major business deals.
Once registered IDEA should have forwarded official intimation of lines getting disconnected if on non-usage. Secondly, if the number is reused with a new customer, then I will loose all my security of my transctions. Who will be responsible for my loss? I would suggest the SIM number should be given to the same user as the new user will be disturbed with calls of older user. Was this information helpful? |
Idea Mobile Sim — INCOMING and OUTGOING CALL BARRED for MORE THAN 50 HOURS
My mobile no. is [protected], my out going ang in coming call are barred since 4 Nov 2009.I called the costomer care for 10 time and also raise a complain since 5 NOV 2009.
Complain no is.[protected] but no one is the to care for.
I had been dealt with great losses and communication gap as I was using this no. as the official one.
Please tell me how to claim compensation.
