My idea connection number is [protected]. I raised a slow speed GPRS complaint on Dec 26th, 2010. No proper response from the customer care. Guess how many times I called up for the same problem.... till 15th Jan, 2011 it was 21 times.... whenever I called up one or the other executive will pick the call and raise new complaint all the times... some of the reference ticket numbers are as follows...[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].....
They confirmed a tech. visit to my place on 14th Jan, 2011 @5pm by Aruna (this is because I raised a request to cancel my connection...!). This confirmation was given to me, for my 13th Jan, 2011 call. On 14th Jan, I was waiting waiting waiting for that tech visit... finally as usual fed up of them, so I called them, they said as per last request the tech guys might come and resolve my problem on 19th Jan, 2011.... I'm the poor customer, who paid the monthly bills well in advance (even before the bill generation).....
Sad part was.... I walked up to the nearest IDEA centre (Fraser town), they suggested me to go to Richmond Circle centre... Poor customer, I went there tooooo... (on 8th, Jan 2011). There was only one representative (named Vinod Kumar) who was handling (not at all... efficient...!) all the queries (around 20).... his colleague was on their own personal duties....!!!!
Another comedy was, Customer care executive are thinking that the customer's are not to be tensed or always need to be cool in all their mistakes...!!! What kind of service providers, they are!!!
This might be their best IDEA.... What an IDEA sirji....?
I would like to inform the people, who are reading this complaint.... PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH IDEA CONNECTION....!!!!
