[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid — Activation of Idea Prepaid Sim Card

my number is [protected] bought day before yesterday i call 59059 and verified my new sim but it is not activated...

I have no doubt that idea will bankrupt soon like kingfisher.

They way they are dealing customer is like we are beggars.

I have bought new sim today and they prompted for activation calling at 59059. The person sitting on the other side is so pathetic and in hurry and they think that idea can sustain it's business like that, when they even don't understand your words even if you can spell. Again calling at [protected] they have the same story, can't even guts to give complaint number, for lodging complaint against idea.

Yesterday I have bought a idea sim card but no actived why?????????

Hello, This sunday I bought new !DEA Prepaid Sim with lots of expectations, and their is no signal on my phone.
I was told that signal will come to phone and then I will have to call 59059 to activate the sim. However when their is no signal how come I will activate the same.
