[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid Connection — Purchase Idea prepaid connection my name but realy not show this connection my name

Dear Sir,
My name is Kalpesh Raval ,Silvassa, U.T. of Dadra & Nagar Haveli purchase one new prepaid Idea simcard some show room dealer name is Balaji,Silvassa for the year of 2006-07 not sure year.Now that time i am given Id proof for one photo id my election card & passport copy submit & my new connection start normally. My new Prepaid no. is [protected]. Now Sir i am last week talk to Idea customer care call center some body person say this simcard not registration your name, please go to idea show room & asked your problem. I am go to Silvassa idea show room but same ans. repeat again. Dear sir i am purchase sim that time i am given id proof properly submit & fill form OK.This problem mistake Idea person so why should be harassment me.This is not my mistake. So please proper guide & easy way this problem solution.
