Idea Prepaid — Internet Problem

Hi, Yesterday on 7th Oct 2013 at 3pm i have recharged my number with 247 Rs for net pack and its covering upto 2gb internet.I used the internet on 4pm and after using net 13Rs is debited from my main balance. After that i called customer care and informed them regarding this. They told like it won't cut any amount. So at 6pm again i used internet and .45ps is debited from my main account. Today 8th Oct 2013 morning again i called customer care and they replied like this package is activated at 8.30 pm on 7th Oct 2013. So after this conversation i used internet and 7.75 Rs is debited from my main account. Again i called customer care and informed this issue unfortunately the responds from Idea customer care was too poor.
