[Resolved] Idea Prepaid Sim Card — Balance has been deducted | |||
Dear Sir, I got a call on 14th December, 2012 from Idea number [protected] at 2.7pm, which was ignored by me. Then at 3.23pm a got a message from IZideaCMS saying that Rs.15 have been deducted for downloading which was not done by me. So I immediately called the customer care. Mr.Pralhad and had interaction with him. He said that all the details will be available after 4hours. From my side it was okay fine. So then I called at 8.23pm. There was no one to talk with me. Again I called after 1 minute still everybody were busy. So I called on 53500 there was nothing. So again I made a call at 9pm still there was nobody. Then finally I called 4444 number the Executive where least bothered to answer me. So again today I made a call at 9.57am had interaction with Swati. She didn't transfer my call to Senior Executive. In fact my phone was kept though I was ready to wait. So I called up again at 10.4am the person didn't tell his name. But he transferred my call to Senior Executive. He was not ready to give me the information saying that we can't give it. I said I have 'RIGHT TO INFORMATION (RTI)' he just kept down my phone.
