[Resolved] Idea Sim Card — Blocked my mobile no & provide the same to another user | |||
Dear Sir, I have a complaint against Idea. I am IDEA prepaid mobile user my number is [protected] ( this no was registered on my fathers name).Because of my husbands assignment we came at Netherland on October 2012 for 9 months & still I am using my Idea SIM card for some time because my all bank account & other information SMS come on same no.But when I was checked today,my SIM card is blocked & the same no has been given to other person.I was received last SMS on my SIM card on 25th Jan 2013. IDEA MOBILE — SIM not being blocked
Prepaid mobile [protected] was availed by my father. He passed away some months back.SIM is not traceable now. Matter was informed to company. Documents like death certificate copy also submitted. Requested IDEA to block SIM to prevent misuse.
IDEA has not blocked the SIM. The number is found to be active somewhere even now.
