Idea Sim Card — Bared Connection

Respected Sir,

Respectfully I beg to state that we had purchased a SIM Card of Idea on 24.12.2009 from local retailer from Purulia District. But last 9 days suddenly it barred. So we had to contact with the retailer. They assured me to give connection as soon as possible from last 7 days. But till date I did not get any kind of response from their side.
I am submitted all legal documents for SIM connection to him .Actually they are making me fool day by day.I am very much disappointed for that.
