I here by want to draw your attention towards the suffering caused due to incorrect bill received from idea telecommunications. i have been using CUG149(corporate plan) of idea in which 200 sms are free per month but i have charged obnoxiously for the smses last month, the total usage of sms is 143(no sms on roaming).
I have found out that they have charged the cost for sms on a spcific day (holi, 8th of last month ).But i am not going to accept it as i was not given any prior information about that from idea through any means, rather when i informed them about that they have told me they have issue it on website. the following is there reply:

This is in continuation to your e-mail regarding below mentioned concern for your Idea mobile number [protected].
We wish to inform you that the details of SMS festive days are specified on our website www.ideacellular.com.
Hence, we are confined to waive off the SMS charges in the invoice dated 1st April 2012 as same are correct.
We assure you the best of our services.
now my question is " is this is the duty of customer o check for such noties and news on company's website now and thn and secondly wat abou if i m not tech savy or internet user? is it fair by any means on their part? this put question on ethics and business standard in our country.
