I Am writing this email with high hopes that my request will be heard and justice will be done.
The customer service representative has confirmed that the redemption DD/Cheque for amount - 53,349.55 was delivered to me (Parul Sahu) on 15th Sep,2012 through Bluedart courier consignment number - [protected]. But it was never received by me or any of my family members as we were out of town.
It is my hard earned money that I had placed with an esteemed company like yours , but now facing this situation of loss of all money.
I am amazed that Bluedart courier servcies never verified the signatures or identity proof of the person receiving the DD/cheque.
On top of it why did IDFC not credit the amount in the account from where it was deducted for SIP instead of sending a DD even after requesting in the redemption form for online credit.
Please help me here in prompt action.
Request you to please arrange for a call back on my cell number - [protected] or office number [protected] as I did not find any 24*7 customer service number plus none of the numbers mentioned don your website are ever acknowledged.
