        India's Bosch Ltd. said Thursday it is losing 40 million rupees ($879,720) a day since Feb. 12 because of labor issues at two of the auto-parts maker's factories that together contribute more than half of its net sales.The unit of German engineering conglomerate Robert Bosch GmbH, where workers are demanding higher wages, is one of the latest Indian auto-parts makers to face labor troubles. A 45-day strike at Rico Auto Industries Ltd. late last year had forced General Motors Co. and Ford Motor Co. to temporarily shut factories in North America because of part shortages, while a local unit of Japan's Denso Corp. is currently witnessing labour unrest at its manufacturing plant.The issues come at a time when the fast-growing auto industry is driving demand for parts in India. Also, global auto makers setting up manufacturing plants in the country are sourcing parts locally to reduce costs.Bosch said workers at its factories at Bangalore and Naganathpura, both in the southern Karnataka state, are demanding an around 45% hike in their current average monthly total salary of 36,000 rupees.The company has locked out its Naganathpura plant, outside the Bangalore city, since Monday as all the 715 permanent workers there are on strike. It may take a similar step in Bangalore as well where its 2,400 workers have slowed down production, Bosch said.The company, which reported net sales of 47 billion rupees in 2009, has about 6,700 permanent workers. Its other factories, in western India's Nashik and Goa and the northern city of Jaipur, aren't affected, Bosch said.Bosch has been negotiating with its employees for the past seven months on their demand for wage hikes. The last time it had a wage settlement was in 2005, when it gave an average increase of INR3,600 a month to its workmen. That settlement expired Dec. 31, 2008.Soumitra Bhattacharya, Bosch's senior vice president, said the company has promised a wage hike. "We would make an offer that is equivalent to industry-cum-region norms, subject to their (workers) agreeing on certain basic management proposals" such as improving productivity, Mr. Bhattacharya told reporters at a press conference.A Bosch official, who didn't want to be named, told Dow Jones Newswires that the company has offered a wage increase of 4,000 rupees per month in Bangalore and 2,400 rupees in Naganathpura. It is even willing to increase these offers, he said, but didn't say by how much.This official said also negotiations at the Bangalore plant were at an advance stage and that the labor union there had agreed to a higher level of productivity. But talks with the Naganathpura union are at an initial stage, he added.Meanwhile, the head of the Naganathpura labor union, Prasanna Kumar, told Dow Jones Newswires that the employees at the plant have demanded a 4,500 rupees per person interim wage hike at a conciliatory meeting between the management and the unit before the local labor commissioner Thursday. However, the management's offer was 3,000 rupees a month, he added."Today's meeting has reached a stalemate. We are again meeting on March 15," he added.Mr. Kumar said the union is demanding a total of 25% increase in basic pay and allowances and free hospitalization facilities for the workers.

            Very poor service and arrogant in nature manager in Fast Wheels Multi Brand Bosch Car service in yelahanka. I gave my opel corsa car for service he took 5 days long , and that with poor quality. The manager always speak in an arrogant manner and charged 15,000 /- for nothing. I am driving my car like a lorry now as gear's are very tight to operate. . Atlast he gave bill of Fast Wheels not bosch company which easily found cheating. My compliant is why original bill of Bosch company not given.

              Hi....Iam sravya.I got a mail from bosch consultancy dat my resume got selected for interveiw and asked 524rs for security reasons and material cost(CD) to prepare for interveiw.They told dat the interveiw questions which they ask will b only from dat material.and at the time of interveiw date they have not responded for call and mail id has been deactivated.In evng time i kept a msg to her mobile number dat i dint receive any cal r msg from u and its already late.With in two min i got a call and the interveiwer is in hurry and her voice is not clear was telling dat out of 20 ques if 3 r wrong u will get disqualified and started asking ques's.She gave me a ques and 4options.while this process is going on after 3 ques she said the fst three ques's which i have asked was wrong and she kept the phone off.
              i dont know whether my answers are right r wrong.But the way they asked is not right and another doubt is whether this company/call is genuine or not.If its fake pls beware of it.

              I dropped AMN-AMRO bank check on Thursday itself still i hav enot received any confirmation SMS saying tahts its deposited.

              WITH RESPECT TO THE ABOVE SUBJECT I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT MY DEMAT ACCOUNT AND TRADING ACCOUNT WITH INDIA INFOLINE LTD IN MY ACCOUNT DEPOSITED RS.80, 000/= TRANSACTED 40, 000/= BEFORE 6 MONTHS, AS I WENT TO ABROAD FOR 4 MONTHS THEN AFTER THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS NOHTING IN MY ACCOUNT.                 Did not received my warranty card yet after 3 month of buying washing machine. Customer Care of Bosch is disparaging and irritating.
                I don't know what on Earth gives them idea of not providing Warranty Card even after installation of machine. I almost called 20 time ...everytime i explained them and left the call with assurance that i will receive the card in a week. now they excuse that they dont have stock of warranty card. Amazing enough, warranty card like simple paper is not in stock...i am terribly stressed if my machine had some issue :(
                Hope Engineering has done excellent work with machine.
                Please help me.

                  I purchased BOSH washing machine from Mordern Electronix, Domlur, Bangalore on 11-Nov-2011. Pleasant purchasing experience from dealer. Dealer conveyed me that technicians from BOSCH will come to your house next day 12-Nov (Saturday). But no body from BOSCH turned out.

                  On 14-Nov Monday a technician from BOSCH called me and asked for my house address. Once asking this he told that Sorry sir, a wrong address was provided to me from my BOSCH office. Your area is not under me, some other technician will contact you. I waited next day for a call from BOSCH technician, No one called me and I asked my dealer he again spoke with BOSCH people and I got a call from BOSCH technician on 16-Nov and told that Sir I will come today.

                  His preferred timing was Morning 11AM or 3PM to 4PM evening. I requested him for 6PM, as we both husband & wife are going to work. He told today not possible sir but tomorrow 17-Nov, I will come sure at 6PM to your house. I told OK that's fine.

                  On 17-Nov Thursday, I again called him by 11AM to confirm his arrival by 6PM. He told no sir I cannot come on 6PM, Please contact my office they will sent some other technician. If you want me to come It will be only in my working hours 11AM to 6PM.

                  Note: The Customer service time of BOSCH is 11AM to 6PM. that too 6PM they need to be at their office. It means that customer service people will not work on customer convenience. Customer only need to adjust with technician on their timings. I was firm with 6PM because My office is far from my home.

                  I got frustrated and that made me think why I chosen BOSCH, instead there are good brands like LG, IFB where customer service is good.

                  I spoke to Service manager Ajay & his boss Suresh, Both told me that don't worry, I will ask my technician to attend ASAP. But still now no turn out. Ajay asked me for Saturday is it OK, I told why should I wait till Saturday. Please send your technician today itself on 17th Nov. But no turn out from any technician.

                  I am waiting for a technician still Still, I do not no when they will attend me. My machine is in home still seal not opened.

                  BOSCH is a good German brand but its getting spoiled by bad Indian BOSCH service management.
                  I spent 26K for my machine still washing in my hand.

                  Poor Service. BEWARE & THINK before buying.

                    Sir , I have been a user of the IFB Bosch Washing Machines , which I have two and also a Microwave Oven. Almost 6 months ago I noticed a leakage in my washing machine , I immediately lodged a complaint with their service Centre . Since no one seemed to respond for a long period, I filed another complaint with their service Centre. This time a technician ( FELIX - phone No. [protected] ) came , opened the machine and checked what the matter was, asked me if I had a Service Contract , and since I was not too sure, he said that he would confirm with the technician who had earlier serviced my Washing Machines,and tend to the problem immediately. There was no sign of this Technician for 3 months and I kept calling this Technician on his Cell phone which he refused to answer. Finally fed up, and totally disgusted with the matter , I called the person in charge of Goa IFB BOSCH Washing Machines Servicing etc- Mr Shailesh ( phone no.[protected] ), I explained the problem and he said he would send along a technician immediately. A technician came the next day , opened the machine and checked what the matter was and said that he would order the required damaged part and attend to the machine as soon as the spare part was available. It's been almost 2 months and I am still awaiting the repairs to my washing machine.My last Complaint No. was 7070411 and Permanent Personal Code I.D. is 1582343.

                    IFB Washing Machine ELENA — non attendance of complaints

                    We are using an IFB ELENA model washing machine and are now facing some problem in its working. We registered the complaints to the dealer but remained unanswered. We tried on the cell no.([protected]) provided for complaints but again obtained no response. Last week one of their person some Mr. Iqbal ([protected]) came down for the inspection but rather solving the damned problem he broke down some part of the machine and the machine has stopped functioning. We would like you to please take actions on the problem placed down to you.

                    IFB Washing Machine ELENA — PROGRAMMING DISTURBED

                    THERE ARE 2 PROGRAMMES IN MY WASHING MACHINE: ONE FOR NORMAL WASH AND THE OTHER FOR EASY CARE WASH. AFTER COMPLETING THE FULL WASHING PROGRAMME OF NORMAL WASH THE MACHINE COMES TO END AND STOPS, BUT IF AT THAT TIME THE POWER IS NOT SWITCHED OFF, IT JUMPS TO EASY WASH PROGRAMME AUTOMATICALLY AND RE-STARTS AGAIN. THIS HAS STARTED SINCE LAST 2 WEEKS, AND I DID NOT HAVE ANY SUCH OR OTHER COMPLAINT SINCE LAST 3 YEARS.

                    PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM AVAILABLE AT HOME ONLY AFTER 6 PM

                    Elena — Negligence of IFB

                    I own Elena washing m/c which was purchased from Mumbai in 2005. There after we shifted to Ahmedabad in 2006. The machine is not in warranty period. However I have always taken AMC for the same.

                    I have few concerns and it is written as under for IFB’s attention.

                    The first AMC service provider neither bothered to serve the machine nor given any documents supporting AMC, instead he accused us for one or the other reason.We did not have any support from your local office either. This time when we came to know about the new service provider’s arrangement we were pretty hopeful .

                    • During mid of 2008 we had frequent problems of small clothes’ trapping inside the m/c . After persuing a lot, the engg had visited our place and the rubber gasket of the door was changed. The gasket was too hard and we were told that it would become soft once in use. As I was not convinced, the same was written in service book.But no one from IFB bothered to call us.
                    • In July 2008 one fine day the inlet water supply started over flowing for which the m/c was attended and the problem was rectified . As I’m a working woman the engg attended the m/c when my children were home.Since then the machine started vibrating at such an extent that it shifts at an angle of more than 60° . To our utter shock it was informed by the service engg that the rubber pads of the m/c were missing and need to be fixed up afresh.In my opinion the pads may worn out but can not be missing and this could be the act of the engg who attended the m/c earlier . However the pads were fixed up but the problem was never rectified. The feed back was asked from IFB through SMS in this regard which was given negative by me. But again no one from IFB bothered to call us. I was given assurance by your CCE that any of your senior engg would attend to the m/c . Engg visited our place and the ridiculous reason which was given for vibration was the hard rubber gasket of the door. As a feather on IFB’s cap one more problem has accompanied the previous one and that is the excessive noise at Rinse and Spin settings.

                    Can some responsible person acknowledge my mail and take pain to justify all the negligence shown by the company ?Further can any one convince me why should I not take this matter to consumer forum to wake up asleep IFB officials ?

                    Being a textile technocrat I understand the quality of washing with front loading m/c and this was the cause of buying this m/c . My faith in IFB was lot before a year but it has vanished due to poor services offered and the negligence of the IFB officials. When the systems are not managed properly there are no use of adopting them ( e.g. service book comments or the SMS feed back).

                    However this is my last trial to look for IFB’s attention and I’m hopeful to have a positive response for the same.

                    IFB WASHING MACHINE — Non attendance by service technician

                    On 30th October around 1:00 PM I phoned [protected] and requested a technician to attend our washing machine at G14 Green Park, New Delhi.

                    I was told that the machine would be fixed within 48 hours.

                    No one has attend our machine of now - 3rd November .

                    IFB Washing Machine ELENA — Unacceptable performance

                    Right from the date of installation,the machine has not performed.Whole machine shakes uncontrollable level while in high speed running.

                    I have made complain to IFB service centre online before some days nearly about a month ago.I have informed the service centre at Rajkot locally to attend my complain at my convinietnt time and convinient date , eventhough man came to my home without informing one time, he did not give me time to reach at my home for some minutes too. Due to my work, i stay at home just in second saturday and sunday or holidays only.after many time request for attending my complain at my convinient time , it is still not solved, may be they ( Service centre-Rajkot )do not intrested to attend it as i have not purchased it from their shop. The authorised service centre owner also selling washing machines. Is it my fault that i do not buy it from their shop? pls look and do something . If company wants to attend my complain , they need to come on and at my time after confirmation about that i can be available at home or not.Washing machine's warranty period upto 5.11.2012. Do i need to wait upto that date ?

                    IFB WASHING MACHINE — NON ATTENDANCE OF COMPLAINT

                    Sir / Madam,
                    I have an IFB washing machine since 13 May 09. The machine is still under warranty. Presently the machine is serviceable and a complaint to this effect has been lodged on 20 Apr 11.The complaint no is 6219785. the service engineer had come and inspected the machine. The machine requires a change of the drum and the stone. we were told that the same would be done as the machine was under warranty till 13 May 11.

                    Since then the machine has not been repaired. The service engineer has not turned up. Neither do they attend the tel calls. No feedback has been received from their side either. I am apprehensive that the company is buying time till end of the warranty period so that they can charge us for the repair.

                    I have an IFB senator washing machine. The machine broke down, the service centre is most unhelpful. The technician is very rude and he never answers the phone or calls back. today he came and changed the part when I was not at home.He did not tell my maids the cost before changing the part. After changing the part he demanded Rs 1800 and since I was not at home, he refused to wait for 10 mins for me to come home and pay the money. He told the maid that he would take away the part and go away. The maid had to pay him from her pocket to make sure the machine works. Absolutely terrible service and disgusting behaivour of the technician. No accountability at all. I will never get the machine repaired again, next time it breaks down, I will simply exchange it for a washing machine of a different company.

                      My name is Anish Saini and I'm from Pune. Recently, I purchased a BOSCH Horn on 01/08/2011 from a dealer in Pune for 650/- for my Santro Xing car. He gave me a bill along with the WARRANTY card on which it states that - THIS WARRANTY IS VALID FOR 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF SALE.

                      He did not fill the card and said the bill is enough for any complaints.From the very first day, I was not happy with the performance of the horn, so his machenic said that a relay or cut out can increase the horn performance. But now, when I went to another mechanic, he said that the horn is faulty and needs to be replaced. Now, the horn dealer is saying that there is no warranty on the horn and nothing can be done. And also said that these horns come without warranty and it a a electrical part, so no warranty.

                      I showed him the bill and the warranty card, but he refused to do anything for me.

                      I have enquired at several places that the BOSCH horn comes with 6 months warranty and if anything goes wrong, they change the horn.

                      I am very dissatisfied with the kind of service which i have been getting from your dealer.

                        I have a Yamaha two wheelers dealership in Kalka.
                        Last year in Februray 2010 when i visited Bosch stall in automobiles fair in chandigarh, on recommendation of Bosch Chandigarh's salesman I invested about 20 000 Rs and bought a Bosch washer (Aquatak 1250) from M/s Chandna Metals Chandigarh.
                        The washer worked for a few months and then started giving problems. When I took it to Bosch authorized service center i.e M/s Chandna Metals their service engineer told me that this model is not suited for commercial purposes and that is the reason it is giving problems. On his assurance I invested another 40 000 Rs and bought another Bosch washer (Aquatak 160 pro X) in October 2010.

                        This one also worked for few months and started giving problems since last 4 months.

                        After waiting for almost 4 months I have taken the delivery of my washer again 3rd time.
                        1. First problem - Water outlet hose was leaking so they changed it first under warranty.
                        2. After the repair , the outlet hose was fine but Autocut was not working and there was leakage from the inlet side.
                        3. After the repair again some parts (Control Head , valves , poirt set) have been changed and I have been charged 5000 rs for the same. Again the Autocut was working for few days but the leakage is still there. and now the autocut has also stopped working.

                        I have been charged 5000 rs for the same stating that warranty has expired. (I bought washer in October 2010 so even if we count the warranty for 6 months it was valid till april and since april my washer has been lying with Chandna metals.)

                        Each time I have to take it to the service center or get it back from there (only to find out that one part has been repaired but another has stopped working) I have to spend rs 300 towards the fuel cost and i have to send one of my employees. Moreover I am losing 300 rs on an average daily due to unavailability of the washer.

                        Both the washers are not working as of now.

                        I could have bought a simple Bokey washer for Rs 15 000 and it would have served the purpose. Buying Bosch products has proven to be costly for me and moreover my business also suffers as most of the time the washer is not available. Leaving aside the harrasment whihc i have to undergo my buisiness reputation is being affected due to its unavailability.

                        I bought a branded washer just for the peace of mind that it would have high reliability and wont stop working or if it does i will get timely repair and service but i feel cheated by the company and the dealer.Sir Kindly help in this regards. They promissed to send the salary after completion of month. but still I am waiting for the same and no response found from the HR dept Mr. Suraj.

                            Hi, I bought a BOSCH company battery for my car in the month of February 2010. By last month the battery was totally discharged and not even able to use horn also. When i approached the local battery service center, they told me that it needs to be recharged and the cells are too week. Then i decided that th ebattery is under 2 years of warranty. I approached the authorised service center which is located in opp to Dam's road telephone exchange. After 10 days from the job sheet date they (Narayanan) told that i won't be covered under warranty. I shouted like anything and return to home. So i prefer don't go for BOSCH company products. They are doing a fraud business by showing a exclusive advertising. So please please don't go for it.

                              Hello Sir,
                              I had been to Germany for work in one of Bosch offices in Germany, The company saved around 200,000 euros by sending me to Germany. On the last day of working in India they asked me to sign a bond which mentions me to stay with the company for 36 months from the date of return else i pay 15 lakhs. Now i have a valid personal reason to leave the company, but the company is not ready to relieve me and provide my certificates. I dont know what else to do rather than committing suicide. This is all what i can do now. Can someone help me on this?

                                We purchased the above model and a problem arised on 5th november and machine was shown to your dealer and was found the ON/OFF button defective and to be replaced. Requested 10 days for replacing the part. But till date the part was not replaced nor responded. Even we reminded Area manager Mr.Srekanth several times, but no action. Today dealer confirmed that the part not availble and cannot do theservice to the machine. Mr. Srekanth always giving false promises and skiping always. VERY POOR SERVICE AND THE MATTER IS GOING TO TAKE VERY SERIOUS AND LODGING A COMPLIENT THROUGH CONSUMER FORM.

                                  I have given my chevrolet spark car for service in BOSCH Authorized car service centre in coimbatore named M/s AUTOZONE ,R.s puram,MTP Road,coimbatore. i have given my vehicle first time here instead of General motor service centre since i trusted the name BOSCH. but i got a very bad experience with this people & now i feel GM service centre far better than Bosch.. my experience as follows
                                  1.They charged for fuel filter (GM Made)as rs.981 +tax ,where as MRP of this product itself (GM Made)461+tax even in GM showroom itself.
                                  2.For airl filter they charged Rs.750+tax, where as orginal cost of this product is 180+tax ( both are GM made only)
                                  3.For changing of oil (3 litres) incl labour charges they charged Rs.1400+tax.. where as last time i paid with GM service centre only Rs.900 incl of tax..
                                  4.apart from they have charged regular labour charge as Rs.1800+tax which is almost double than any car service centre in india for this small cars.
                                  5.they charged of rs.300 for only outside water wash which is highly irritating .( i never paid more than 200 rs in GM service centre including a in side claening too)
                                  6. ttally without any complaints in car i have to pay Rs.5400 for normal service . (still the car is in service centre only)

                                  THIS GUYS ARE CHEATING US LIKE ANYTHING.

                                  charging the cost for spare parts for more than MRP is an offence, i am thinking to file a case against them.

                                  You should go for legel as they are doing the same in Jaipur too. My Palio came back from service centre
                                  with additional problems and I do not dare to take it back to them when I heard the chief mechanic was calling my car (Fiat Palio) as Tata Indigo so that is the literacy level there.
                                  Hi,

                                  Mine was also the similar case. I sent Honda Civic for general service n check up at M/s Road X Automotives, Agra, which is an authorized workshop by BOSCH.

                                  The attitude while taking the car in their custody was not not very pleasant as when I asked bout the service charge, they said the I'll be informed later but it should be somewhere between 600- 1000 bucks, and delivery time was promised some 8 hrs later, whereas the Honda service center only takes 4-6 hours.

                                  I called them at the time promised, but the call wasn't received, and when I sent someone. he saw the vehicle parked in the same condition as he parked while in the morning, which means the work wasn't started yet.

                                  He asked me for 1-2 more hours, and after 4 hours i.e. 10 P.M., the owner Mr Sumit Sahani said that we need some 4 more hrs for the job and it shall be delivered at 2 PM next day. I asked the reason for delay, he said we have replaced the BRAKE PADS which consumed a lot of time, and the bill was somewhere around Rs.3000. The work was done without my consent or prior information.

                                  However, I left the car there. next day some person from the workshop called me at 8P.M. (while I was again promised to deliver it by 2 PM ) and asked me to collect the car and pay a sum of Rs. 5075. and when I asked for the description, he said I cant give U the details.

                                  Next morning, that means 3rd day (Three days for a service???), ?. I again called them up and asked for the details, he denied to give me the details saying that they don't have enough time to describe about the jobs done.

                                  And then The stupid and ill-mannered owner of the workshop Mr. Sumit Sahani took the call and repeated the same words and said that why are you asking for the bill amount and why have you bought the car if you arent able to afford the maintainence costs, then he abused me and ordered me to collect the car otherwise he'll charge Rs. 1000 per day as parking charges and shall take legal action against me. I was stunned to hear his his words and collected the car after paying the billed amount.


                                  My question here is- Is that a BOSCH service station or some 'SADDAM HUSSEIN' certified station.

                                  Got my Indiac V2 serviced at Highway Garage, Durgapur - 713 212 on 24.10.2011. Quality of service was poor with dirt spot on roof top. They reportedly used wuerth Engine flush & cleaner without prior information/consent and charged Rs.451.00. Charged Rs.1, 314.00 towards 5 ltrs. of castrol std 15w40 against specified requirement of 4 ltrs. Charged for tie member bend repairing but the same is still knocking. Cost of filter price charged are high in comparioson to market rates.
                                  Anomalies were pointed out to Service centre Manager on 27.10.11 and he after checking the matter, acknowledged the genuine grievances and assured to refund the cost of 1 ltr. mobil, engine flush oil cost and a free service with tie member repair. But to no effect till date.

                                  Bosch car Service — Bad service

                                  I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by the Bosh car Service Rajouri Garden for swift DL 7CH 3857, The attitude of the service owner Mr. Sumit Sodhi and their worker was not good, After spending 15000 on my car and they took 3days without providing me an alternative car even on request while they promise to provide me the car same day, I am not at all satisfied with the quality of service provided by them almost half of my queries were not sold even my Bonnet of swift is damaged by the dealer and now they are claiming that it was already damaged and My was better before spending 15000 in Bosh car service. I will suggest everyone never go to Rajouri garden Bosh dealer for service of your car, being a Lawyer I am planning to file a case against them in consumer forum for compensation.

                                  1. It is usual practice of all Bosch centres to initially give low estimate to customer so that you do not take back your car to authorised serivice centre.
                                  2. Once your car is there and you have left they will call you and come up with more issues in your car and minimum 40% bill is appreciated.
                                  3. I was also told that the same is done on instructions from the owner of service centres so no benefit if you complain to their complain id/ customer service
                                  4. If your car stays there for more than two days than be confident that some of your original parts will be taken out and replaced with duplicate.
                                  5. There is very big market for original old parts
                                  6. They will always try to replace as many electronic parts as possible since these parts do not have any warranty and you have to pay every time you get it replaced. So most of the times they put duplicate part at the price of original when you get that part replaced for first time so that you come back again to them.

                                  My only suggestion is STOP USING ANY KIND OF AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES AND LOOK FOR GOOD LOCAL MECHANICS. They will hear you..

                                  still my car is in service center. i request you to please help me to get back my car. and i am not paying any charges. i had already pay aprox 13000/-.inr

                                  They are charging too much. They don't even have experienced and skilled machanic. Zaira motors, ignou road Delhi. Worst servicing. My car even got a sound while taking back. It was perfect when I gave them my car. They say I have to change the shockers now.

                                  Autozone Bosch Car service center Coimbatore is one of the worst. The manager is the best of al stupid I have ever met. I have given my Honda city for service and the goons there spilled petrol on floor mats of back space. And the smell remains still after a week of service. When I called the manager, he said I cannot guarantee all these kind of mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. He is preaching. Damn words from a manager. I paid 25000 for not even cleaning the car properly. 550 for wash and no interior touch. Exterior also full of dust and they claim that they have did water wash. Manager is a liar, show off, talks in English to common man and show case him. Bloody

                                  I have changed the suspension kit at bosch car service (Times motors, hegde nagar) for fiat linea diesel.They have cheated me in spares and labour. I have paid almost 57k bill .After few kms car started wobbling in breaking.again i have dropped my car for fixing.Same day night i got the delivery and morning when c the car front bumper & grill got broke and seems screws are adjusted.This person is not genuine and dont know any thing about car he talks about Merc, audi & BMW.I dont know how i will be justified with my issue ..Please take some action on this guys ..
                                  Very bad experience in avadi_ Chennai Bosch Anna automobiles in govarthanagiri centre.i sent my vehicle for AC work.but there poor service and mishandling of electrical circuit my my stereo got short circuit. Stereo not working after first day of service.when I enquired to center main mechanic and owner, first they accept their mistakes and get my stereo for repair work.over 6 week after that they said which is not service fault.we cont do anything for that.very good condition stereo s not working after first day of AC work. Main thing s they r not given bill also for this service.they r not fraudulent for govt also for billing to avoid gst .. anyway I lost my stereo after their poor service.so my sincere advice don't go Anna service centre Bosch in govarthanagiri avadi Chennai.
                                  I had given my four wheeler ford fusion with the vehicle No KA02 MA 65xx in Yelahanka fast wheels for the small issue . And they say after 1 month it's a engine failure!

                                  I will brief you the issue why have I given the vehicle to the service center : -

                                  My vehicle is integrated with the with lavotto gas (Automatic) and there issue with the petrol its giving jerk if we raise the escalator till its switch over to gas, vehicle is in good condition and running well .(same has been seen by the supervisor and taken vehicle for the service ) For this reason I had given vehicle for service along with the general service in the day of 28 march 2017 as per the attached JOC

                                  Later which I had got the first call from the Fast wheels saying there is water / Oil mixed in your petrol tank because of that there is issue with the petrol mode, I asked them to change entire petrol from the tank.

                                  For next 15 days I don’t got any calls and I have personally visited to service center and asked for update and then they have said there is issue with the head, they have switched on the vehicle and I found coolant was boiling / there is smoke coming out of engine, and there is leakage of coolant water from the engine. And they have said it’s a engine issue and it cost 60 -80 thousand and asked for advance amount. As I was not ready with the money I had given advance of 20, 000 in the month of July 2017.

                                  And when I asked? “ how can engine break down immediately where I was given vehicle by driving self and bosch technician has taken the vehicle by test drive “ and he himself has given the JOC (job order card )and for that they have replied “ these are all automobile cant say, it suppose to be break down in the road and its our bad luck its break down here “ responded in the negligence way.

                                  I was never expected this kind of manner from bosch service center .No care of customer for every thing they bare the cost to the customers .

                                  It’s almost close to one year till now my vehicle is not delivered nor its ready for handover . I have visited bosch service center in the January 10th 2018 and they said they will handover vehicle in next 2 days and I am continually following up every 3 – 4 day but they say either next Monday you come and collect vehicle /no response (Ringing no response ) from bosch service center .(Almost 1 month )

                                  I had good experience in bosch Uttarahalli main road I has collected my brother in low vehicle, the customer treatment was well and vehicle as given in the good and neat condition thinking that I had given my vehicle to bosch service center yelahnaka because this was nearest service center.

                                  I am fed – up with this kind of experience even a small gurrege center guy will have comman sense to answer that call of the customers if not to call back if there is missed call.

                                  I had called customer care and complainant and mailed all the issues to bosh mailbox.[protected]@in.bosch.com and waiting for the possitive responce

                                  Dear sir/madam
                                  It is to inform you that on 22.02.2021, I visited to my nearest Bosch Car Service Centre for the first time, situated at 4/43, SITE-II, LONI ROAD, I.A MOHAN NAGAR GHAZIABAD (U.P) -201007 [NEAR HINDON AIR FORCE] to get my Maruti car repaired . After checking my car, the official at service centre informed me that they will repair the Boot and install new Bumper with terms and conditions that colour of Boot and Bumper will match with the original colour of the car. I handed over the car to the officals of the service centre. The officals told that they will deliver my car on friday i.e [[protected]] but unfortunately they did not deliver the car on 26th Feb. instead asked me to come again on Sunday .

                                  On sunday before collecting the car I checked the car and found some scratches on the right side gates and on front Bumper which clearly shows negligence on the part of the BOSCH Service Centre officals. Repaired Boot and Bumper colour is also not matching with original car colour.

                                  I lodged a complaint with the officials about this. They assured me that they will resolve this problem within a day. But to my dismay I have visited the service centre thrice but my complaint has not been is resolved. Behaviour of the officials at the service centre was not cooperative.

                                  It is requested to look into the matter and issue appropriate instruction to the concerned persons to resolve my complaint in a time bound period .

                                    I have been a regular user of BOSCH products and have a disc sander, drilling machine and recently purchased ISIO grass/hedge trimmer and Power washer. The grass trimmer has been useless for my korean grass lawn (it is used only for edge trimming, which cannot be reached by my power mower).

                                    Matter was brought to the notice of HICARE, dealers for BOSCH in Chennai, who first stated it was not used properly, next I was told to get the blade sharpened, after which I was told to contact local BOSCH engineer Mr. SHIVA, who promised me feedback that evening itself (26.10.10) I tried contacting Mr. SHIVA, who first stated he was out of station, today one week later, he tells me that he will give me contact number of his superior.

                                    I informed him that I was disgusted with BOSCH after sales service and wanted full refund for both items - the power washer has still not been opened and still in original packing.
