I had purchased IFB dishwasher, model : ZEPHYR EX & serial no. 10100084-08, on 12th March'2011. From the beginning the machine was not drying the utensils fully especially from the upper right side section and when complaint was given, I was told to put more shiner. Within 15days one bottle of shiner was consumed. After giving repeated complaints, the dish washer was taken to the workshop and returned after about 15-20days but the problem was not rectified. Firstly no one from the office was ready to listen to my problem and after repeated calls, the Zonal Manager agreed to replace the dish washer and I was told that the piece is not in stock but as soon as it will be they will replace it. I waited over a month and when no response came from their side, I called them up. The conversation broke the barrier of my patience as the Zonal Manager outrageously refused that he told me the dish washer will be replaced and when I told him that i'll go to consumer court, he said - "Do whatever you want to do". The whole experience of buying IFB Dish washer has been horrifying and equal to mental harassment due to the conversation with the office staff. The service has been pathetic and totally dis-satisfactory. I don't understand that when they know that the problem is from the beginning why are they not willing to replace it. I regret why I purchased IFB product and would never recommend anyone to buy it.
