The complaint was registered with local dealer on 10 Sep'12. Issue is that the lock of the washing machine is broken. The service person came and took the lock away; saying it will take max 6-7 days. However, after multiple followup and assurances every day; it has not yet been fixed. And we receive excuses like technician is not well, etc.
I want to tell you that this treatment for customers doesnt speak of international standards of IFB. I am fed up of following up with the local people and want to tell now in case the Machine doesnt get fixed by 26th Sep - tomorrow; i will lodge a formal complaint in Consumer Forum. Additionally, will defenitely post on my facebook account that what kind of service IFB gives.
