[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Pathetic Customer Service

Hi All,

With reference to my order number 249515 made online on 29th February for a washing machine, I haven’t still got the delivery and to add to my woes, your customer care is pathetic with irresponsible behavior & attitude of your customer care executives. I’ve made numerous calls and complaints as well. Till now not even a single reply I’ve got from them. I’ve talked to all of your persons, be it Deblina, Padma, lohith and much more, but of no use.

If you want to retain your brand name, just do this for me. Monitor all the calls I’ve made from my landline phone +[protected] for the past one week, you’ll get to know the lethargic and irresponsible behavior of your customer care team. Also the complaints register on your website does not get any attention as well.

I'll advice consumers not to go for IFB products, just because of their worst customer service.

WE HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT ON 27 NOV 2008 WITH AMC CONTRACT DETAILS, THEY HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT NO.. I HAVE REQUESTED THEM TO CALL BEFORE COMING AS BOTH O[censored]S ARE WORKING, EVEN ADDED ONE MORE NO. BUT NOBODY CALLED FOR 4 DAYS. SO REGISTERED ONE MORE COMPLAINT WITHOUT ANY AMC OR WARRANTY SO TECHNICIAN CALLED AFTER 5 DAYS. CHECKED & SAID TIMER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED NOW AGAIN CAME TODAY ON DEC 13 NOW SAID MOTOR TO BE REPLACED. THEY HAVE PATHETIC SERVICE EVEN AFTER TAKING MONEY FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE. NEVER EVER BUY A IFB PRODUCT. WE NEED SOME AGAIN AGAINST THIS COMPANY IF WE HAVE LAW IN THIS COUNTRY.

I agree absolutely.Never buy IFB products...the people handellimg Service are jokes.
hey have a typical modus operandi in replacing good parts with used parts.Be aware of Service Technicians supported by their Service Managers.They will make you fed up first by wrong diagnosis ...visit several times witghout jobcard ...will come in odd hours without informing ...or when ladies alone at home ... or you are rushing out ...to reduce your interst in overseeing servicing...and than steal new spare to replace with 3/4 years old spare...Please check the spare that is replaced as they will do it without informing you...
OR best dont buy this product .There are better things to do and better machines in Market...buy Ludhiana make ..they will work and they wont atleast cheat.
Gift it to someone whome you hate...
