I had complained about my washing machine bearings to be changed as the drum was making a noise when the wash is going on---promptly someone comes from the service center called "Delight Services" authorized franchise of IFB in Navi Mumbai and tells us that the drum has to be replaced.
He kept insisting that I take an AMC, which I declined as I felt there was no need of it. He said it will be done the next day and I had to pay the cost for the same which was Rs 2600/-. This was on 7/10/2013. Till date no solution is arrived at.
I keep calling the office and each time they give a tall story---" it is on the way" or " one piece had come but a screw was broken", " surely by tomorrow my man will come and do the work" etc etc. One Mr Param Yadav, who seems to be the Boss, now doesn't pick the phone when he sees my no.
My machine has been dismantled since the 7th and I am not able to use it. Kindly help me to resolve the problem and see that action is taken at the earliest.
