[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Washing machine not working

MY WASHING MACHINE NOT WORKING SO PLZ SOLVE THIS PROBLM AND MY CELL NO. IS [protected]

After my complaint about my IFB washing machine, the service men came once and said they will come again to repair it but since 4 days, despite calling them repeatedly and despite giving reassurances that they will come they have not come. They do not even respond as to why there is a delay

I complaint in the month of Jan.'11 and waiting for service person.

WE DID BLUNDER, OPTED FOR IFB SENORITA FULLY AUTO MACHINE, SINCE LAST ONE AND HALF A YEAR THE BREAKDOWNS ARE TOO FREQUENT PROBABLY THE PRODUCT SEEMS TO BE WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
THE ATTITUDE OF SERVICING PERSONNEL IS EQUALLY DISHEARTNING.
WE WISH THE COMPANY TO TAKE BACK THEIR MASTER PIECE AND SAVE US OUR TIME AND BP THIS MACHINE DO FOR US ALMOST ONCE OR TWICE IN A MONTH.
THE NAME OF COMPANY IS BIG WITH PRODUCTS WITH POOR PERFORMANCE.
WE COMMIT OUR OURSELVES NEVER TO GO FOR ANY IFB MAKE PRODUCT.

Dear Sir,

I have bought IFB SANORITA DX washing machine one and half year before . Since than I have regeistered four complaints differently. Now thiis is my fifth complaint . Its not working again. I have complained on dated 31st march 2011, a service boy named Chandan came to my house to check the matter , he said connection was loose , but when I used it , again the problem was same , where it was.

I am highly dissatisfied with the Quality of such a reputed company .I want to replace the product as early as possible .

Washing machine is not working properly. the pipe frm which it get water supply is blocked or not working properly.
i hve complainted early also then ur emplopyee had visited my home bt then also the machine is not working properly
request u to take an action as soon as possible.

IFB — Machine Not Operational

IFB Service Station and IFB Local Team has been making me go in circles for my washing machine to be repaired.

2 times the engineer came and just inspected my Machine and promised to get me a part and then the area manager as well did the same.

Still no reponse and the local team blames us for the problem

Machine Under Warranty

My Washing machine was not working before 2 months and I have raised a compliant against it. Even if it is on Annual Maintenance Contract for 2 years for which I paid around 3600, IFB is not taking any steps on this compliant and this is still open and no one turns up for service. When I am calling the service, they say the will be sending out a service personnel immediately. But service didn't come till date.

i have got ifb executive plus model washing machine,
its under AMC for one year, timer was not working, and also
incomming water comes out over the opening door,
i told to service person in vellore. they are told me to register online booking /
toll free no to customer care, then only we come and attend the service,
i tried for the past one month to [protected] - 3 in tamil, or - 1 in english,
not even one time i catch the line, always engage tone only comes, what can i do
how to register my complaint ?
how to solve the problem ?

IFB 6 Kg washing machine has got some minor repair in 2011. After calling to the complaint cell, the problem was resolved and as per service personal, the washing machine was put to Annual Maintenence Contract. After a year the machine again got trouble but this time its just out of AMC date. We got it repaired and again AMC was put for the machine. From then on every year the problem arises. Even now too the machine is under AMC which has failed this time. As this being a regular job, asked the service personal from franchise dealer to provide the company representative details which was refused by the person. Based on usage the machine is really a good one but after the service person repair, the performance of the machine was lost. When inquired about this to the service person, they are advising for purchase of new one that too without processor machine.
Now required some IFB person contact number and details (not the franchisee or dealer) with this permanent problem to be resolved.
