Our hs18 order no:[protected] — we have purchased a microwave oven modelno:20pg3s and we exchanged it into modelno:20sc2. As you told with above said model 9pcs starter kit and cookbook was not recieved. The company has given 5pcs starter kit only. Please tell to the company to give us 9pcs starter kit.
