SIR I HV LODGE A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY WASHING MACHINE IFB 6KG DIGITAL MODEL PUMP ANS SOUND WHILE RUNNING THE MACHINE, ON 18/10/2008. BUT I GOT THE TICKET NO ONLY ON 21/10/2008 AS THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN THE COMPUTER.
AFTER GETTING THE TICKET NO I REPEATEDLY CALLING THE CHENNAI OFFICE AT POES RD TEYNAMPET VIKAS ENTERPRISES
THER WAS NO ONE THE LIFT THE PHONE OR IT SAID IT WAS ENGAGED. HENCE I WENT TO OFFICE DIRECTLY, TO MY SURPRISE I FOUND THE PHONE WAS KEPT OPEN FOR LONG AND THE PERSON ATTENDING THE FRONT OFFICE WAS TALKING OVER A CELL PHONE.
THEN I MET MR SELVARAJ, HE PROMISED ME TO GET THE REPAIR DONE BY A WEEKS TIME.
ONLY ON 12/11/2008 A PERSON CAME TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM. HE WAS QUIET INDIFFERENT IN HIS REPLY.
ONLY ON 6.12.2008 A PERSON CAME AND FITTED THE PUMP BUT DID NOT ATTEND TO THE SOUND PROBLEM.
AFTER THAT I CONTACT MR SELVARJ OVER PHONE . HE AGAIN
PROMISED ME TO DO THE WORK DONE BY ONE DAY.
TILL NOW NO ONE HAS ATTEND MY COMPLAINT COMPLETELY.
SHOULD A CUSTOMER WAIT FOR 2 MONTHS .
