IFB/ washing machine — AMC

I have AMC on my washing machine which is valid thru 22/1/2009. Ihave been complaining regarding it's balance defect but in vain. I was also Given new Digital machine Gorenje which to is having problem in spin drying.Pl get a hearing ear.

IFB — Contract

I am a user of IFB machine from last 12 years and having a contract with you from last five years in continuation. Recently there is a problem in the pump of my machine. There representative have come to my place and telling me that the pump is duplicate. Since my machine is under contract and i remember that the pump was changed about two years ago by there representative only. Now if they had put the duplicate pump, it is none of my problem. there franchise is not replacing that pump and not entertaining me from last 7 days. I request them to kindly change the pump or refund my annual contract fees .
they are keep on harassing me and not responding

I AM LOCATED AT ALLAHABAD. PURCHASED IFB MICRO WAVE FROM M/S SANGAM JYOTI, JOHNSTONGANJ, ALLAHABAD.

FOUR MONTHS HAVE PASSED BUT UNDER SCHEME THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED REABOK KIT - SHOE @ TRACKING SUIT TILL NOW.

THEY ARE JUST GIVING A SIMPLE REPLY THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED SOON.

SHOES ARE WITH DISTRIBUTOR BEARING NO. & SIZE 10.

CAN YOU PLEASE JUSTIFY AS HOW MUCH CUSTOMER WILL BE USING 10 SIZE SHOES.

THIS IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT WORLD FAME COMPANY IS BEHAVING LIKE THIS / CHEATING TO CUSTOMER.

I wish to draw your attention on the following 2 points:

1. The clause no 5, does not permits a customer to seek refund from IFB if the services offered are not upto the mark – this makes your contract one sided & biased towards your organization. It is not customer friendly.

2. I purchased my machine at a tax paid price of Rs.21, 000/- how can a Comprehensive AMC price be more than 8-10% of my purchase price.

I had availed extended warranty which was priced at Rs.1500/- for 2 years. & the AMC Price being asked is aroung Rs. 2500/- per annum

your amc charges is too high. 10% of the cost of the unit. I think this is forcing the customer to take it, binbing the customer, This is not the system. this is called as cheating directly.

IFB — Need to pay AMC

Dear Sir,

I have bought IFB wishing machine (Sonata dx 5.5kg) it is not wishing properly dirt in cuff and collar, so I had complaint many times they ask us to buy some of their products (dirt remover) I have bought that also but my purpose is not solved ( till now we wash in hand and put inside the wishing machine) Now warranty period is completed so I have informed call center in the no. [protected] more than three times they ask me to pay Rs.3200/- for 2year AMC and I have requested them to send someone, till now no one turned up to collect chq. Unfortunately If it become repair they may charge 5k or 6k in-order to avoid this I like to go for AMC.

I paid rs 1500 for aqua softener today for my ifb machine, my complaint was water doesn't enter inlet. Repair guy said salt deposited but water went in after he did something vwith the switch. I have paid AMC huge amount. Then why should I pay for crystal softener? Nothing is transparent in your warranty or AMC.

Your service person has not come on his own during 1st four years of warranty period. Now, after expiry of warranty, he has come without our request and informed to take AMC as drum and other parts were damaged. Further he advised that use washing machine with not exceeding 5kg wet clothes though it is of 8 kg capacity. This is not fair and very dissatisfied with IFB.

The AMC fees informed by your service person is also too high. There are so many brands in the. Market. But someone had guided me wrongly as IFB was best. I don't think so. One can buy two normal washing machines with IFB washing machine cost. I have not at all observed any special added advantage or benefit by taking IFB with that high cost.
