Dear Sir,
on 10th March 2009 I lodged a comlaint about my wasing machine against your Ticket No. 2806455.Your Service Engineer visited my house and was more interested in selling the Washing Powder, which he did, instead of attending to the machine.
He promissed to visit again within 2 to 3 days with part which was to be replaced on Payment Bases.
We are still waiting for the gentleman to turn up and fix the Machine.
He was very quick to fool my mother by selling the washing powder but lacked the commitment to resolve the Problem.
This is not expected from a company like you.You must attend to the needs of your customers who are dependent on you for service.I hope you understand.
Kindly treat this very seriously and set the machine right otherwise I will be left with no option but to take a firm legal action against you, because I have paid to you for extended warrantty and service while Purchasing this machine.

We are proud owner of IFB washing machine, Executive plus.There is some starting problem from 04.03.2009 and we have given complaint at regular interval, the complaint number is 2787494. Your executive said that person will reach our destination within 48 hours but till date nobody turned up. We are fedup with your hopeless service and we are even suggesting people not to buy IFB products due to hopeless service.

we had no problem with them in past although major repair work of rs.3500 was carried out in 2007 .payment was made only after doing job and rendering service.
