I have a senorita DX washing machine still under warranty. On 13/6/09 the door got jammed with the clothes inside. On calling customer care, a technician came and opened the machine and removed the door. He said that the lock has to be replaced and he will bring the same the next day. Till today(18/6/09) nobody has turned up. Everyday I keep calling- they are very rude on the phone and everyday they keep asking details as if it is a new complaint. They say stock is not there- it will come tomorrow ( tomorrow never comes!) Was this information helpful? |
