[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — Noise and Vibrations | |
We purchased our IFB washing machine during october 2007 and from the beginning we have been having the problem of excessive noise and vibrations and even moving of the machine. Different people come and go, but the problems are not solved. Only recently they did something to arrest the movement. But the vibration problems are not resolved. In fact, we getting funny reasons by the IFB persons saying that putting Dhothi leads to tangling and therefore vibration problems! If so, they should possibly warn the users / buyers that IFB is not meany for dhoti, pants, sarees etc...! IFB also said that vibration depends on type and extent of load. We have done extensive R&D playing with both these parameters in the last few months and we can not come to any correlation or conclusion. All we can see is that more than 60% times the vibration / noise problems exist. Come this october our warrently will run out. I am not sure if IFB is waiting for this to happen. We also bought on 2007 dec. We are also getting the noice with the vibration. While vibration it is moving for 4 or 5 feets. To avoid this some one should push or keep hold the machine until it comes to an end. It is very pathetic. From the day we bought the machine we are facing the issue.We raised thousands for complaints on this and everytime they are saying something different. One time the water inlent force is not good and the second time we should select only this option and not that option and whenever we go as per their advice we end up with one more issue with the current issue. Currently it is noicy, vibrating, moving, water leaking and so on. My humble request to all the people is dont ever and never buy the IFB machine. It is useless, instead of that you can do the stone washing machine. I like to take this to the consumer court. Today is the last day for the warrenty. Please give me some advice to go for the same.My last complaint number is 3830052 and the customer number is 1872021. If anybody objects the above statement for IFB please let me know to tell all the problem they will get when they buy the IFB. Name is big but the quality is very very poor. If you want to get the problem by paying the money, IFB is the best choice for the same.
