ON 1ST october I MADE COMPLAINT ON TOLL FREE NO ABOUT THE WATER LEAKAGE PROBLEM IN IFB SENATOR WAHSING MACHING. DUE TO WATER LEAKAGE, M/SC IS NOT GETTING S/W ON. ITS UNDER AMC.

TILL DATE NO SERVICE PERSON HAS VISITED THE SITE, EVEN TWO MORE REMINDERS WERE MADE TO TOLL FREE NO. IFB CLAIMS THAT WITHIN 24 HRS SERVICE PERSON WILL ATTEND. VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE. EVEN LODGED THE COMPLAINT TO DELHI OFFICE IFB EMPLOYEE. BUT NO ONE IS ATTENDING THE FAULT.

IN PAST ALSO, IFB RESPONSE WAS TOO BAD. DECIDING NEVER TO BUY OR TO SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY A IFB PRODUCT

I am very disappointed to purchase this IFB Machine just because not attending my complaint by the officers/staff of the company. I request the seniors to look into the same because my machine is out of order for the last eight-ten days, I am residing in Delhi at E-2, Minto Road, New Delhi-2, I have also contacted Mr, Amit Anand one of the senior of the company but in vain.My complaint no. is 2415414 dt.12.11.08.

ON 31ST october I registered first complaint no. 2366915 and followed by complaints no. 2399976 dtd 8th november and 2425601 dtd 15th november. finally one technicia from power mac company visited and advised me leakage is due to damaged rubber packing. we will change in 1 or 2 days. after nobody came.then I called and requested IFB personal mr. rajesh burman sitting in okhla office but response was very poor.i asked mr. rajesh to give sr. manager but he refused to give. also i called owner of power mac. always got reply coming tommorow. yesterday one technician visited my home from power mac and after some repair he told me to use machine tommorow.now i used the machine is in the worst condition.my room got flooded and machine was not box packed properly.
for ur info i bought this machine last year and under 2 years warranty and also i took 2 years extended warranty. I am residing in Delhi at Ashok vihar phase iv

I have paid for an IFB washing machine at Rythm House NOIDA on 23 Nov 08.
Spoken personally to Mr Gaurav Saxena representative of IFB at Delhi a number of times but machine not installed till date.
It seems to me that your franchise and representative are frauds. They are just not bothered about customers.
Kindly do something before I approach a Cosumer Court.
If IFB cannot meet a customer's requirement, why are you in the market ?
If your representative is useless why not throw him out and cut your costs in to-day's recession.

Very Bad experience with IFB, i have two product washing machine & dishwasher both are not working properly .i m not satisfy ifb tecnistions they r used bad language with coustomer. my w/m have a problem water likege, i registerd a complain no-2438978 at 19-11-08 regarding this problem, but aaj tak ye problem thik nahi ho paayi .

I purchase IFB washing machine elena-DX on 13/12/08 from laser electronics, surat. At the time of purchase i was given scheme that i will get 4 yrs extended warranty + gifts+ scratch card. But I was only give 4 yrs warranty and despite of repeated reminder I was not supplied any gifts & scratch card though three months has passed.

My IFB washing machine is not working well, You are kindly requested to depute some engineer to resolve this problem

We have IFB washing M/C.6kg automatic. I want to book complaint. I contact your co. authourised representative on telephone at AHMEDABAD ( YES Agency as well as Veer services ). But they cann't responce to us. They give me 1860 425 5678 toll free no. but this no. is not proper contact no. as voice heard on mobile as well as land line no. at my residance. So I am diaappointed about your company policy. The above washing M/C is under warranty period. If my above washing is not repair in short time, I will go consumer court, & whole responsibility is your IFB company.
 
I have an IFB dishwasher and IFB washing machine. Both are under repair as the dishwasher smells burning when I switch it on and the washing machine does not keep the timer properly. Since one month I have been trying to call several service engineers and service centres. Till now I have not got any help. I would request the General manager to kindly look into the problem please.
 
i mr jatin gala have purchased an ifb washing machine elite deluxe in october 2008.that time their was a scheme of an extension warraty of two years i.e total four years from the purchase date.i have called many times to the ifb centre and service centres regarding a documentary proof of my extension warranty period, but no one is answering properly and only givng me the various phone number for that matter.i really do not understand your level of service.The scheme of the extansion warranty was published in various newspaper, it was the festival season.plese do look into the matter.expecting an earlier response into this matter.

This regarding my IFB Washing Machine Model: Senorita Plus 5 Kg & my Permanent Customer No. is 2220855. The complaint no. 6033208 dtd. 10/03/2011 has not been resolved even after repetitive reminders. With lot of persuasion one technician from New Delhi- Chhatarpur Service Centre came on 15/03/2011 and after checking it was told there was a problem with the on-off switch and the same will be replaced positively on 16/3/11 but till date nobody turned-up neither the problem is resolved. In Delhi service centre your service executive Ms. Gitanjali (ph. no. 30889678) & Ms. Rakhee (ph. no. 9311683940) even refused to acknowledge our phone calls. I regret to state that still the problem is unresolved. We are facing extreme problems due to non-working of the washing machine. Please resolve the problem immediately.

I complained about my IFB washing machine Supremo Deluxe on your toll free No.18604255678 on 17.5.2011 saying that the heater was not functioning. I was given my complaint No. as 6374794. I was told that within 48 hours my complaint would be attended to, but no one turned up.I again made a complaint on 19.5.2011 and I was promptly informed again that my complaint would be attended in 48 hours time. I rang up 044-30288511 in the evening to remind them about the unkept assurances of SERVICE WITHIN" 48 HOURS " unashamedly complaint dished out to all your customers.In response, I was asked to make speak to one Mr.Rajesh (Mob. No.9884462001). As expected, he refused to accept my call. I again went back to No. 044-30288511 and after much coaxing the lady gave me the ID sivak.ifb@gmail.com
I wish to mention here that I have maintained AMC with you for the last 11years, but of late, your lack of response to complaints as well as the quality of service has hit the rock bottom. Its very clear from the complaints posted here that there is general dissatisfaction about the poor after sales service provided by you. My bitter experience of the last couple of years has forced me to decide not to purchase any more IFB products. I really wish some drastic corrective steps are taken immediately as otherwise, the customers will be forced shift their loyalties to other brands.
