I log a call in IFB cutomer care on 08-Dec-2010 on number 18604255678 and my IFB ID is 1914220 the issue is coming in that time the cloths was not clean properly and some spot is coming in cloths after 15 days he attend the call and in his customer care call was closed the call on 10-Dec-2010 it means IFB is closing the customer complaint without attending the call but the problem is still pending we are regulary followup with his local service centre executive the Number of this person is 9350095301 he is not picking the call mostly of the time and when he is picking and telling the executive will come today but executive is not coming. when i call to customer care yesterday on sames number 18604255678 he is giving another ticket number - 74072614.
