I buy Ifb washing machine, Senorita VX 6kg on 12.01.2012, within 9 months it breakdown, I lodged my complaint to Ifb service centre, Mulund. Miss Mamta diconnected phone when I called for follow-up at Mulund sevice centre. Complaint to Mr. Shashank, Ifb area service manager, he also not giving any replay, Registered complaint to Vijay Sales from where I purchased washing machine. but no responce. I have been following up for my ticket raised 20 days ago, but still no response.A personnel visited 10 days later and said he would revert the next day, he has been absconding since.The customer care has been making false promises of visit that never happen.Sometimes they even say that there is no complaint registered!!!I have marked several mailes to the customer care / Customer support / IFB management but even then there has been no progress.
