I had applied for new connection in the name of on 26th April and my cheque for 6000 were cleared in the next month. My BP No is- [protected] and since then till date I am still waiting for the connection which has now turned into nightmare..
I have contacted to customer care for number of times but was disappointed. Then I contacted GAIL office in Noida (Gijor) where I came to know that my BP has been allotted to some one else and bills are getting generated on this. This is an illegal act of work and company like IGL is not expected to do such a fraud with customer. I also contacted Mr. Pranav ([protected]) and Bhaskar ([protected]) a number of times but they have misguided me that my connection will be done in a day or two but the fact is that it was not possible as per the records my BP no was already active and company has cheated me by allotting this to another person without checking my details.
Company is also not providing me a letter that my BP has been given to some other person so that I can go to consumer court against this fraud.
Please take appropriate action and I should be compensated for this as this is entirely fault of company for which I am suffering.
