I contact with IGNOU last five years I find my self If we get admission in any course Individule student should manage about assignement marks entertain study centre to ignou block-3 room no 12then process to dealing supritendent then on internet.I suffered so many times about result declaration, study matrial, proper information from study centre and clerical negligency on every movement.

i had applied for course change before scheduled exam. and it was duly accepted on resional center Ranchi.But on result sheet of dec.2008 exam on remarks column "COURSE NOT OPTED" has been mentioned.
Why such a problem despite of all verifications of all documents on my resional center.
