ihave vdone my course PGPDSEMR IN 2011 June but the result is declared in june 2013 it was ther fault
anywat other students got their Certificates at home but I have not got yetthe Ignou said they have sent the speed post and give the no. but when contacted with the post office they said they have not any this type of letter of this no,
