[Resolved]  Illegal Encroachment — Illegal Encroachment In Durga Vihar

Respected Commissioner, Muncipal Corporation of Delhi,

With reference to your interview published in The Hindustan Times, New Delhi dated[protected]. We are enclosing herewith a copy of our complaint dated 27 &[protected] lodged with the Dputy Commissioner (South), MCD, Green Park, New Delhi for your kind perusal.
Further, we have also lodged our compalint dated 27 and[protected] with the SHO, Neb Sarai Police Station, Sainik Farms, New Delhi and Deputy Commissioner of Police ( South), Hauz Khas Police Station, New Delhi on the subject cited above, Copies of the same are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
Sir, since no action is taken by the concerned authorities so far to remove the above encroachment/unauthorized construction on the Road made by Shri M.P. Sharma, House No. B/147, Durga vihar, Devli, New Delhi, we fold our hands before your magnanimity with the humble request that necessary instructions may kind by issued to the concerned officer (s), MCD/Delhi Police and a Report may be sought from these officers for clearing the above mentioned unauthorized construction/encroachment urgently.
