Vodafone — Improper behaviour of vodafone staff(shabudin&chandil) in Malleswaram branch | |
Hi I have been to Vodafone office in malleswaram (Bangalore), just to complain i have not received my Hard copy bill of the month May([protected]). i just requested Mr.shabudin to resend it again. At the time of discussion another person Mr.Chindil came to discussion said, its not possible and to do. More than that he said its not possible to recieve harcopy and softcopy of bill at the same time.But I dont think so. Hence i am recieving both copies more than year.And As as corprate customer to vodafone, i felt really bad to behaviour of 2 consultants Mr.shabudin and Mr.Chindil . And they are not allowing me to close my two numbers. they made me to wait more than 30 minutes. even there is no other customers are in vodafone store. And they said its not possible to close my vodafone numbers. I felt really bad behaviour from vodafone consultants Mr.Chindil and Mr.Shabudin. please take the necessary action on them. Hi, I recently gifted a new vodafone sim card to my aunt. After a week of its activation and exchanging numbers with almost everybody, my aunt started receiving messages saying that 'your sim card will be deactivated soon, please exchange it for another sim from your nearest vodafone store'. When i spoke to customer care, they told it was some manufacturing defect. How can you sell products that have such manufacturing defects? The next time i want to buy a new sim, you think i would go for a vodafone connection? Certainy not.
