[Resolved] CIBIL — Inaccurate and unauthenticated credit history

Dear Sir / Madam, Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited which collects and disemminates credit history data of an individual without any accuracy and authentication. Due to this my housing loan got rejected. Please find the video evidence of such credit history which affects many of our indian citizens but no body is aware that this is a violation against ISO 27001:2005 (CIBIL certified) and also against our CICRA for not informing the individual concerned either by the banks or the credit agency. iam another victime of the formation of the organisation CIBIL.Credit card companies chargeexorbitant interest charges and through them into debt trap.By supporting these these credit cars companies CIBIL wants the customers pay huge amount as interst from the hard earned money by the middle class community.Charging above 18% or fixed by the Govt an individual money lender will be put behind bars.The same rule must be aplied to the credit card companies.CIBIL if suppports such companies should be dealt by the same Acts.Inaccurate informations when damage the customers only CIBIL should take responsibility as their Credit Report is taken as such by FIs.

I have some problem with HSBC Credit card and that was put in CIBIL list. I paid all out standing amount to the bank and they provided one letter with confirmation of removing my name from CIBIL wihthin 15 working days time. But the name was not removed from cibil around 2 months. HSBC bank executive send a requrest to the RBI to clear the name from CIBIL. The Bank executive saying that CIBIL is from the Government sector, so they will take more time to remove the name from CIBIL. Because of this problem i am not able to get my personal loan. Please suggest some suggestions or resolving techniquest to move the name from CIBIL asap.
