I am T. Uppili Srinivasan, an officer working for BSNL at Maraimalainagar (RTTC BSNL). I filed my IT return in respect of the A/Year[protected] on 12.7.2011 at Mayur Bhavan, New Delhi. I am eligible for a refund of rs 5002/. However, till date I have not heard even a single word from the Income Tax Department. Kindly help me get my refund.
