[Resolved]  Income Tax Dept - Pan Issue — PAN number deactivated

Hello, Myself Rajesh Kumar. my PAN number is "ACYPT4901H". it was allocated to me in 2003 and I was using the same PAN number to file my returns till 2009 when I moved abroad. after sometime I realized that my PAN was de-activated temporarily (do not know why). I mad a comlaint to NSDL (acknowledgement no: [protected]). I called them several times and provided all documents but my PAN is still not activated. Last year I bought an apartment in India and paying installement for the same but now I am unable to pay the 1% TDS (as per the new rule on immovable property). Have sent tens of emails/ made several phone calls but no response. Kindly help Regards Rajesh
