Refund came for me but I am not sure it came through because i registered here or thro the normal pocess. As I could not see the status of the compaint or who is working or who will be working, i could not judge this. Anyway, Thanks...

Dear Sir,

My PAN No. AAGPI4246L, I did not receive my Balance Tax Refundable Amount for the assesment year 2007-08. Please do the needful. My date of birth is[protected] and I am of 64 years old. I am getting only a fixed income (inclusive of all my expenses, please see in my returns) as consultant fee and the company has deducted TDS at 12.36% and now at 10.30%, as per income tax rules. My wife is housewife so I have to take care of her from my income. There is no provision for income tax exemption for persons whose wives are not working. The TDS deducted is very high for me. Is there any provision whereby I can avoid payment of TDS instead of claiming and waiting for tax refund?

I did not receive income tax refund hence this request.

I have visited Income Tax Office more than 6 to 7 times and they are saying that file is missing.

As i got some information, ther are lots of Bombay mincipal corporation civil engineers employee earning black money, & having lots of property in chembur, , tilaknagar etc...people who based in chembur so for that govermnet has to take action as soon as possible to stop them to earn balck money.They are earning money from contract which is coming for approval purpose as well as for road way constuction etc...

Kindly do the neeedfull because this kind of people not paying income tax ...
