i have submit one application for correction and re issue my pan card no AHZPR1088B because in this pancard my name is MANOJ KUMAR RUNTHALA insteed of MANOJ RUNTHALA after that i have lost the pan card then i have submit one application for re issue my pancard with correction in my name MANOJ RUNTHALA in place of MANOJ KUMAR RUNTHALA but your office issue me one another pan card no ANYPR6823K with my correct name MANOJ RUNTHALA and againg send my old pan card with correctin in my name MANOJ RUNTHALA then i have submit one applicatin with new pan card pl. canclled my new pan card no ANYPR6823K but till date it is show in your web site
