[Resolved]  Indane — Gas Leakage

Inspite of several rounds of complains and reminders to the local LPG dealer, the dealer has neither sent any technician nor could arrange repair/replacement of the gas regulator which is leaking for the past 7 days. The attitude cannot be digested seeing the seriousness of the issue and hazard it poses.

I have made a telephone call to my distributer " Ila Gas Agency Sector-93, Noida for leakage of gas from cylinder at 3.00 PM . But response given by call attendent is not satisfactory. He told me that your cylinder will be replaced or repair tomorrow. I asked him that leakage of gas is serious problem so it will be sort out immediatly but he was rigid on his side.

gas is leaking since morning. no body is picking phone in the office of the dealer. no emergency no. is given in the customer card.

consumer No. 2309, Address- D-10, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi-95, gas cylinder leakage supplied today, nobody picking up the phone.

We are facing the GAS leakage problem for the last one week, one of the technician came and changed the washer but still the gas is leaking. We had complained the same with our gas agency Agnihotri Gas Agency Noida, but there is no use.

I am an Indane LPG consumer with regn no.6539at 14 Moulana Azad park Soc.Opp Guj Agro. The cylender supplied by my distributor Kirti Gas Agency,Jivraj park,Vejalpur Ahmedabad is leaking.I have complained about it but there is no any result made yet.One man came and behaved very badly with the women present that time at home.He assured to change the cylender by tomorrow of[protected]. But till date, even after repeated requests my leaking cylender has not been replaced.

I hava made a complaint for a LPG cylinder with PRABHAT GAS SERVICE SHOT NO-34 B-BLOCK COMMUNITY CENTER JANAK PURI in the name of SH. JAGDISH SINGH. { P NO.25985},the LPG cylinders delivered by the delivery man. i . C, on[protected] it sems its a big leakage in cylinder the rubber of cylinders not in proper way this such type of happening seems so many time i have also intimate PRABHAT GAS SERVICE.But there is no improvement. today regarding leakage the cylinder,i contact all these number which are given in cash memo.Under these circumstances if some mishappening with my family then who is responsible for this,now i approach to your good self kindly pass the necessary to prabhat gas agency for doing the needfull and LPG cylinder may be change at once.

it is regarding Gas & Novelties- Distributor of Indane Gas at Serampore.They supplied a gas cylinder after a long watiting period and when we put that in use we found the gas leaking from the cylinder.We tried to cantact on the telephone numbers given for the very purpose of gas leaking. But when we tried, all the three numbers were either out of service or switched off. We are in utter surprise that how can the services of such emergency like leaking of gas can be put to hold and the emergency numbers are out of service or switched off.

I have a connection of Indane , distributor Nilsikha deliver one gas cylinder on 10th. march and found on 11th. that was leakaging, after repeated telephone and complaint in shop personally they have not take necessary action from their end. Also requested to change to delivery men but he also denied. Printed emergency telephone No. one is switch off and others are not working . Pl. do the necessary.

I HAD BOOKED FOR THE REFILLING BHARATGAS CYLINDER ON DATE 21/3/2013 BUT YET TODAY 25/4/2013 THERE IS NOT ANY RESPONSE AND NO BODY TO TALK US FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR OF JAI MURRARI GAS AGENSY
RAIPUR .AND EVERY TIME THEIR IS DELAY IN SUPPLY.PLZ CHARGE STRICT ACTION ON THIS MATTER.

Gas is leaking

On 22nd January 2015 after changing over to the new refill cylinder, severe gas leakage was observed from bottom of the Regulator unit. The regulator unit was removed and re fixed several times but the problem remained. Local gas service agency was informed about this problem with a request to change this refilled cylinder, who after lot of follow up deputed one Mr Deep Chakarborty (mob no; [protected]). Mr Deep after seeing the gas leakage replaces one washer in the mouth of the cylinder and the leakage stopped. On subsequent usage the leakage have started again, we have again contacted the same service agency but are not getting any proper response from them. The result is that we are not able to use the LPG gas stove any more, due to the severe risk involved therein.

We request your kind intervention in this regard to send a properly trained technician capable to solve this problem once for all, alternatively please instruct your dealer to change this refill cylinder at the earliest.

On Thursday our neighbour received gas booked on behalf o[censored]s as we were not physically present,
on Saturday our neighbour handover ed the gas to us . On Sunday we smelled gas leakage and complained to the INDANE emergency number, they send a mechanic within an hour he wrote a slip and told us to give it to the distributor. On Monday after submitting the slip the distributor promised for immediate service, that is replacing the faulty cylinder .But 24 hours about to go nothing service we yet received, sitting helplessly in our house with the cylinder leaking.

Your service is not better because In these 6 month I get 3 times leaked gas .

We have received gas with leakage problem 3 times in pas 5 to 6 months, the quality of Cylinders are not upto standard norms who will be liable if blast or severe problem arises.Kindly rectify it and let me know the step taken.

The cylinder delivered on[protected]th June) in afternoon. In the evening suddenly gas is coming out drastically from the cylinder. Tried my level best to contact all the available emegency numbers of Indane ([protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]) but were in vain.
Gas is coming out drastically from the lower part of the cylinder. Also tried to contact the distributor "Baranagar Gas Service" but they are not attending the phone call. Right now totally I am in a perplexed position - Don't know what to do and how to do. Helplessly waiting for the worse future fate to come.
I felt to understand the role of "Indane" playing for his customers in this accidental situation.
Please take actions immediately.
